Shipping and return
We will ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible. All our orders are sent with DHL, including track & trace and always including transport insurance.
If a product is not in stock, this product will be ordered from our suppliers as soon as possible. As a result, your order will only be shipped when we have received this product.
If your product has arrived and you don't like it, you can always return or exchange it. Products may only be returned or exchanged if they are still in their original packaging and unused.
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, you will receive a full refund of the order including shipping costs as soon as possible.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for the following products:
1. sealed products. If the seal is broken, the product is non-returnable/exchangeable.
2. custom made products designed by the buyer. These products are also non-returnable. Think of custom exhausts.
3. Custom made products cannot be returned.
4. for audio and video recordings and computer software when the customer has broken the seal.
